🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
✅ Size Issues
✅ Wrong Product/Model Received
✅ Defective Product (Applicable only to 7A, 10A, or First Copy )
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must record an unboxing video in one continuous shot (no cuts or edits), showing the issue clearly from all angles (360° view).
- Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.
Exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Minor stitching or thread issues
- Slight color shade variations
- Lace or logo alignment issues
- Comparisons with original brands or promo videos
📦 Brand boxes are included but may differ slightly from promotional images. If you require a specific box, please confirm before ordering.
No Exchange on Budget Grades
The following categories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable:
- 6A quality
- Second copy
- Indian-made shoes
These are affordable alternatives and may vary slightly in size, material, and finish. For better precision and comfort, we recommend choosing 7A copy shoes.
❌ Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Please review all product details and quality grades carefully before placing your order.
All confirmed sales are final unless they meet our exchange criteria.
Non-returnable items include:
- Shoe boxes
- Packaging materials
- Extra accessories
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders cancelled after confirmation will incur a ₹200 non-refundable advance.
- For prepaid orders, 10% of the total amount will be deducted as a processing fee upon cancellation.
